Accessibility Statement

Accessibility

CBL Partners is committed to making its website accessible for all visitors. We embrace the social model of disability as defined by the World Health Organization as a mismatch between the features of a person's body and the features of the environments in which they live. We seek to use technology that enables matched interactions for people across a wide spectrum of abilities. Here are the guidelines we are following as part of our efforts to improve accessibility and usability.

Ensuring content is easier to see, hear, and navigate.

*Sufficient color contrast between text and background
*Avoiding images with text, or providing resizable text alternatives
*Not using color as the only way to convey information or identify content
*Properly mark headings, lists, tables, input fields, and content structures

Providing text alternatives for non-text, including:

*Description of data represented on charts, diagrams, illustrations, and photography
*Descriptions of non-text content such as audio and video files
*Captions for multimedia content
*Format is accessible to visually impaired people

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. CBL Partners is conformant with WCAG 2.0 Level A. We are committed to continuous improvement so that we may increase our compliance level over time as we learn and grow.
